CLASS DESCRIPTIONS BELOW

You want to strengthen and define your entire body! This class is filled with exercises designed to sculpt your body with step training, weight training, cardio training and all other type of training to completely reshape each muscle group and get you that lean muscle you've always wanted. The class will combine interval "cardio bursts" with maximum full body exercises designed to maximize calorie burn. This class will leave feeling energized and ready to take on the world. This class is you vs. you… Go for it!

The class that mixes calisthenics, weights, endurance, body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. This class will be different all the every time! We will keep you guessing week to week - and challenge you differently in every class! Although wee may push you like a drill sergeant, our goal is to offer encouragement rather than intimidation. You will have tons of fun but be prepared to "buckle up" for some high intensity interval training and to be pushed like never before!

This is a class for you "morning risers" who want to SWEAT while everyone else is tucked quietly in their beds. Similar to a Crossfit WOD this class was designed to incorporate Crossfit exercises with the more functional fitness techniques used in all gyms. This class is all about comradery and motivating that member next to you. You will experience a different class every morning. Rise & Grind is without a doubt one of the toughest classes that SWEAT has to offer…

These classes that work your muscles in every way possible. These classes were designed to build strength, add definition, increase your bone density, and decrease your body fat by increasing your lean muscle. Research has proven that by adding lean muscle to the body you can speed up your metabolism and burn more calories when you work out and at rest. You will use hand weights, plate loaded barbells, tubing and your own body weight to change the shape of your body. No muscle gets neglected during these classes!

Totally Sculpted is a non-stop action filled class that will sculpt your body through resistance and weight training and completely reshape all the muscles throughout your body. Combined with interval "cardio bursts" designed for maximal calorie burn. This class will leave feeling energized and ready to take on the world!

TRX Suspension Training is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your body weight to perform hundreds of exercises that build power and increase strength, flexibility, balance and mobility. Combining TRX, kettlebells, weights, cardio, and everythinig else Sheila comes up with, allows for the most well rounded class we offer.   This class is like no other! When done properly, TRX PLUS Training willl hit all components of fitness and give you that body you have always dreramed of!!!

"Weights Meet Cardio"... This unique workout that simultaneously provides cardio burn and overloads muscles into growth and shape. Jolt will engage every muscle and every joint, while burning fat and calories through its constant succession of timed multi-joint exercises. In this 60 minute class you will receive both a muscular and cardiovascular burn. 

TOTAL BODY  = Intense FULL Body Training, working all the muscle groups. We will do cardio combined with core work and weight training. Every class will be different so come on in and challenge yourself.
